Reasonably large and cosy units with a bathroom, and the staff were amicable. The location was perfect, really close to the centre of the most stunning town and the Old Town.

We greatly enjoyed being here. Had a cosy apartment with the old kitchen, a bathroom, as example. - Fairly friendly and great staff suggested restaurants. - the location of the hotel was marvellous and good - at a short distance from a municipal museum. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Familie Hotel & Apartments in Alkmaar. the cozy apartment, complete with an old-fashioned kitchen and a bathroom, provided a comfortable retreat. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for nearby restaurants. the hotel's fantastic location just a short distance from a municipal museum made our visit even more enjoyable.

The location was perfect, in the center, its a plus.

The double room had basic facilities you need, central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and television. The staff were very amiable, amicable and helped me with private parking. The location was nice, just a walking distance from The Cheese Museum...

The rooms here were bright and new, with a charming, traditional kitchen.

The triple room was perfect for me as a guest with physical handicaps. With 2 beds upstairs and 1 downstairs, it provided easy accessibility and comfort. The room had a flat-screen TV and free WiFi, which allowed me to relax and stay connected during my stay. The private bathroom was convenient and well-maintained, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Personally, I found the seating area in some rooms to be a bit uncomfortable. However, others may still enjoy it.

One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop terrace. It was like stepping into a scene from a movie, with breathtaking views of the picturesque city center and its historical landmarks.

the hosts at Familie Hotel & Apartments were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided us with all the information we needed to find the apartment and even gave us tips about the local area. the apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained. It had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and even a rooftop terrace. We were able to cook our own breakfast every day, which was a great perk. Plus, they had an adorable dog!

I would definitely stay here again if I visit Alkmaar in the future. Cons: No complaints 😊.

The setting is fantastic and amazing, just a short walk to the historical city center of Alkmaar. the staff ensures you have a great time and are amiable and friendly.

The owner was friendly and helpful, carrying our bags and showing us the parking. Perfect location with bars, cafes, and the cheese market nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and welcoming owner. The apartment was in an ideal spot, just a few steps from many bars, cafes, and key landmarks of the city. We were warmly greeted by the owner who was very helpful in showing us around the area and providing us with useful information about the city. The apartment was also very clean and thoughtfully laid out, with everything we needed for our short city break.

Steep stairs could be challenging. The only downside to our stay was the steep stairs leading up to the apartment.

The hotel is centrally located in a charming town in Holland known for its cheese market. It is in between two busy shopping streets and just a short walk away from the famous Cheese market. the apartment is fully furnished and cozy with everything one needs when traveling. the rooms are clean and well, maintained, and the air conditioning makes it tolerable to stay in. the hosts are very friendly and accommodating, making the stay comfortable and relaxing.

The check, out process was confusing and caused a twenty, minute delay in the trip.
